A tasty, restaurant-quality appetizer easily made at home to control quality of ingredients and sodium level. Featuring Culinary Genie Salt-Free Spinach Dip Mix. Can easily be made dairy-free or vegan with a few simple swaps.
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese or dairy-free cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream or dairy-free sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese or dairy-free Parmesan cheese

1 (14 ounce) can chopped artichoke hearts, drained well and squeezed dry

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained well and squeezed dry

1 packet Salt-Free Spinach Dip Mix

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese or dairy-free mozzarella cheese

Dippers such as fresh vegetables, tortilla chips, pita chips, crostini
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch cast—iron skillet or 1½-quart oven-proof baking dish. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise, Using an electric hand mixer, beat until smooth, light and fluffy.
Add Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach and Salt-Free Spinach Dip Mix. Continue mixing until combined. Transfer to greased skillet. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake until golden browned and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes. Serve with desired dippers
