So simple to make and tastes great, all while being gluten and dairy free.
Ingredients

1¼ cups sorghum flour, divided

1 cup light brown sugar

1 tablespoon All-Purpose Baking Seasoning, divided

¼ teaspoon sea salt, optional

10 tablespoons vegan butter
-
4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped (about 5-6 cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour, sugar, 1½ teaspoons All-Purpose Baking Seasoning and salt if desired. Mix to combine. Using a pastry cutter or two forks, cut butter into mixture until well combined and resembles wet sand. Set aside.
In another medium bowl, combined chopped apples, remaining ½ cup flour and remaining 1½ teaspoons All-Purpose Baking Seasoning. Toss to coat well. Transfer to a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
Crumble flour mixture over the top of apples.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and apples are tender. Remove from oven and let cool.
