These crispy and creamy potatoes have the perfect spicy and savory flavor. Reduced sodium, gluten- and egg-free, omit cheese to make dairy-free and vegan.
Ingredients

1 pound yellow fleshed potatoes

3 tablespoons grated pecorino romano cheese or Parmesan cheese, optional

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 teaspoons Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut each potato into 8 wedges and place in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Salt as desired. Toss to coat well.
Transfer to a parchment-lined large baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
Bake 15 minutes. Turn over and continue baking until golden brown and fork tender, about 15 minutes.
