These air fried chicken thighs have the perfect amount of heat and sweet. Don’t have an air fryer? Not to worry, we’ve included bake and grill options as well. This simple marinade can also be used on chicken breasts, wings, pork or fish.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons coconut aminos*
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
1 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Blend

¼ teaspoon sea salt, optional

1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
Directions
In storage container, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Add chicken thighs. Seal well; toss to coat well.
Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken in air fryer basket or rack. Place basket in air fryer or on middle rack. Set air fryer to 425°F.
Air fry until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 15-20 minutes.
Notes
To Bake: Prepare through step 2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a baking rack over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on rack. Bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 20-25 minutes.
To Grill: Prepare through step 2. Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 15-20 minutes.
*Note: We use Coconut Secret™ coconut aminos in
place of soy sauce in our recipes to reduce sodium and eliminate gluten and soy.
Any brand of coconut aminos will work here, however, Coconut Secret™
brand has the least amount of sodium we’ve found in all the brands we’ve seen.
Less sodium soy sauce or Tamari can be used in place of coconut aminos if sodium,
gluten and/or soy are not on your dietary restriction list.
